CONTAMINATED LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 69

69 Proof of certain matters not required

In any proceedings under this Act no proof is required (until evidence is given to the contrary) of:

(a) the appointment of the Director-General of the EPA or any member of the staff of the EPA, or

(b) the appointment of an authorised officer, or

(c) the fact that a person is, or at any relevant time was, the owner or occupier of any land to which the proceedings relate.
