(1) A person who is the subject of a management order may appeal to the Land
and Environment Court against the order within 21 days (or such other period
as may be prescribed) after the date of the service of the order on the
person.
(2) An appeal may be made under subsection (1) even if the
management order required action to be started (or completed) during the
period within which any such appeal may be made.
