Removal of charge
41 Removal of charge
(1) When a charge under this Division ceases to have effect, the relevant
public authority must apply to the Registrar-General for the cancellation or
removal of the relevant notice registered under section 39.
(2) The
regulations may make provision for or with respect to the removal of a charge
under this Division.
