Procedure after appeal is lodged
89 Procedure after appeal is lodged
(1) The Registrar must send to the Tribunal the notice of appeal and the
Adjudicator’s records relating to the order appealed against.
(2) The
Registrar must complete a notice containing the time and place at which, and
the date on which, the Tribunal will determine the appeal.
(3) The Registrar
must send a copy of that notice together with a copy of the notice of appeal
to the following persons so that the notices would, in the ordinary course of
post, be received by the addressee not less than 7 days before the day
specified in them for the determination of the appeal: (a) the appellant,
(b)
the person against whom the order appealed against was sought and any other
person entitled to appeal,
(c) the association or strata corporation for the
scheme to which the order appealed against relates.
