(6) The affixing to an
instrument by a managing agent of the seal of an association must be presumed
to have been affixed under a delegation from the association unless the
presumption operates to enable a person to fraudulently obtain a benefit.
(7)
For the purposes of subsection (6), a person does not fraudulently obtain a
benefit if the benefit was, without any fraud by the person, obtained before
the seal was affixed.
(8) The seal of the association must be in the
approved form and is not duly affixed unless the fact and date of its being
affixed are attested by the signature of the person or persons in whose
presence it is affixed in accordance with this section.
