Liability of managing agent under delegated duty52 Liability of managing agent under delegated duty
If--
(a) a failure by an association to exercise a function is an offence under this Act, and
(b) the exercise of the function was, at the time of the failure, delegated to a managing agent,a reference to the association in the provision conferring or imposing the function is to be read as a reference to the managing agent.
