Application may be treated as application to vary or terminate scheme
63 Application may be treated as application to vary or terminate scheme
(1) If the Supreme Court so directs, an application to the Court under this
Part is to be heard and determined as if it were an application to vary or
terminate the scheme.
(2) The direction may be given by the Supreme Court on
application or of its own motion.
