(a) apply to the
Supreme Court for an order under Part 7 terminating the scheme, and
(b) lodge
with the Registrar-General a plan of the parcel for registration as a
current plan, and
(c) lodge with the plan a statement to the effect that the
plan has been lodged in order to resume the land and exclude the parcel from
the related scheme.

(3) As soon as practicable after the Supreme
Court orders termination of a scheme, the resuming authority must lodge an
office copy of the order for registration by the Registrar-General.
(4) On
registration of the order, the scheme to which it relates is terminated and
