COMMUNITY LAND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 14
Conversion of a development lot to community property or precinct property
(1) A community development lot may be converted to community property, or a
precinct development lot may be converted to precinct property, by the
registration of an instrument in the approved form.
(2) The Registrar-General
may refuse to register such an instrument unless Schedule 6 is complied with.
(3) On registration of the instrument, the Registrar-General is to cancel the
folio for the development lot.
