CASINO, LIQUOR AND GAMING CONTROL AUTHORITY ACT 2007 - SECT 40
Recovery of money due to Authority
40 Recovery of money due to Authority
(1) Any money due to the Authority under the gaming and liquor legislation
(including any monetary penalty imposed by the Authority or any costs it
orders to be paid) may be recovered by the Authority as a debt in a court of
competent jurisdiction.
(2) This section does not limit the operation of
section 23 of the Casino Control Act 1992 .
