Meaning of “gaming and liquor legislation”

4 Meaning of “gaming and liquor legislation”

In this Act:
"gaming and liquor legislation" means any of the following Acts and the regulations and other instruments made under those Acts:

(a) this Act,
(b) Casino Control Act 1992 ,
(c) Gaming Machines Act 2001 ,
(d) Liquor Act 2007 ,
(e) Registered Clubs Act 1976 .
