CASINO, LIQUOR AND GAMING CONTROL AUTHORITY ACT 2007 - SECT 13
Delegation of Authority’s functions
(1) The Authority may delegate to an authorised person or body the exercise of
any of its functions other than this power of delegation.
(2) The Authority
cannot, however, delegate its functions under sections 18, 19, 22, 23, 28 and
59 of the Casino Control Act 1992 .
(3) In this section:
"authorised person or body" means: (a) a member of staff, or
(b) a committee
of the Authority, or
(c) a person of a class prescribed by the regulations.
