CONVEYANCERS LICENSING ACT 2003 - SECT 99
Payment of expenses of management
99 Payment of expenses of management
(1) So much of the expenses of the management of a licensee’s conveyancing
business as have not otherwise been paid to the manager out of the receipts of
the business are to be paid to the manager by the Director-General from the
Operating Account.
(2) An amount paid under this section is recoverable by
the Director-General as a debt owed by the relevant licensee.
