38 Disclosure to be in writing
(1) A disclosure under this Division must be made in writing and be expressed
in clear plain language.
(2) The disclosure may be made separately or in a
costs agreement or in any other contract relating to the carrying out by the
licensee of the conveyancing work concerned.
