Supreme Court may give general directions to receiver
128 Supreme Court may give general directions to receiver
(1) The Supreme Court-- (a) may authorise a receiver to do such things in the
exercise of the receiver's functions as the Supreme Court considers
appropriate, and
(b) may give directions for the exercise of any such
authority.
(2) A receiver must exercise any authority so conferred in
accordance with any direction so given.
