Payment of expenses of receivership
124 Payment of expenses of receivership
(1) So much of the expenses of receivership as have not otherwise been paid to
the receiver are to be paid to the receiver by the Secretary from the
Operating Account.
(2) An amount paid under this section may be recovered by
the Secretary from the relevant licensee as a debt.
(3) If the Secretary and
a receiver fail to agree on the remuneration to be paid to the receiver, the
Supreme Court may, on the application of the Secretary or the receiver,
determine the amount to be paid.
(4) The Supreme Court, on the application of
the relevant licensee--
(a) may re-open any agreement between the Secretary
and a receiver for remuneration of the receiver, and
