Constitution of the Institute
4 Constitution of the Institute
(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation under the corporate name of
the “Centenary Institute of Cancer Medicine and Cell Biology”.
(2) The
Institute shall have and may exercise the functions conferred or imposed on it
by or under this or any other Act.
