CENTENARY INSTITUTE OF CANCER MEDICINE AND CELL BIOLOGY ACT 1985 - SECT 15
Institute account
(1) The Board shall cause to be established with a bank, building society or
credit union carrying on business in the State an account to be called the
“Centenary Institute of Cancer Medicine and Cell Biology Account”.
(2)
There shall be paid to the credit of the Account all money received by the
Institute in connection with the administration of this Act.
(3) The Account
may be applied by or with the authority of the Institute towards the
requirements of the Institute.
(4) In this section:
"Account" means the account established under subsection (1).
