COAL INDUSTRY (INDUSTRIAL MATTERS) ACT 1946 - SECT 63

63 Regulations

(1) The Governor may, on the recommendation of the State Minister with the agreement of the Commonwealth Minister, make regulations prescribing all matters:

(a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or

(b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.

(2) A regulation may create an offence punishable by a penalty not exceeding 5 penalty units.
