New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA member of the Board, and any other person, exercising in good faith a function in relation to trust property in accordance with this Act or any by-law of the Trust, and the executor or administrator of any such member of the Board or person, are entitled to be indemnified out of trust property against all expenses and liabilities that they incur in connection with the exercise of the function.
