Effect of certain other Acts
47 Effect of certain other Acts
(1) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of: (a) the
State Emergency and Rescue Management Act 1989 , or
(b) the
State Emergency Service Act 1989 .
(2) An approved company is, in the
exercise of its functions, subject to those Acts.
