Obstruction etc of inspectors
38 Obstruction etc of inspectors
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, assault, obstruct, hinder or
resist an inspector in the exercise of a power under this Act.
Maximum
penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
