CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING AND STARR-BOWKETT SOCIETIES ACT 1998 - SECT 30
Inspectors
(1) The Registrar may authorise a person, or a class of persons, to exercise:
(a) all the powers conferred by this Act on an inspector, or
(b) any powers
conferred by this Act on an inspector.
(2) The Registrar is to cause each
inspector to be issued with a certificate of identification. The certificate
is to be in a form approved by the Registrar.
