CHILDREN'S GUARDIAN ACT 2019 - SECT 68

68 Immunity from liability
(1) This section applies to--
(a) a person who gives a report, or
(b) a
person who makes a complaint, or
(c) a person who gives the Children's
Guardian a notification.
(2) The person is not subject to any civil or
criminal liability or any liability arising by way of administrative process,
including disciplinary action, for giving the report, complaint or
notification, if the person is acting in good faith.
