COMMISSION FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ACT 1998 - SECT 33C
Offences relating to prohibited persons
(1) A prohibited person must not: (a) apply for, or otherwise attempt to
obtain, child-related employment, or
(b) undertake child-related employment,
or
(c) remain in child-related employment.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty
units, or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
(2) A person is not criminally
responsible for an offence against this section if the person did not know, at
the time of the commission of the offence, that the employment concerned was
child-related employment.
