CONSTITUTION FURTHER AMENDMENT (REFERENDUM) ACT 1930 - SECT 30

30 Powers of the court

The Supreme Court, in relation to a reference under this division, shall sit as in open court, and shall have the powers conferred by the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act 1912 on the Court of Disputed Returns, so far as they are applicable.
