CONSTITUTION FURTHER AMENDMENT (REFERENDUM) ACT 1930 - SECT 14
Voting to be by ballot
14 Voting to be by ballot
(1) The voting at the referendum shall be by ballot.
(2) Each elector shall
mark his or her vote on the ballot-paper: (a) if the elector approves of the
Bill-by placing a tick in the square opposite the word “YES”, or
(b) if
the elector does not approve of the Bill-by placing a tick in the square
opposite the word “NO”.
