CONSTITUTION FURTHER AMENDMENT (REFERENDUM) ACT 1930 - SECT 10
Electors who may be admitted to vote at referendum
10 Electors who may be admitted to vote at referendum
(1) At a referendum only those electors who would be entitled to vote if the
referendum were an election shall be admitted to vote.
(2) Nothing in this
section shall be deemed to entitle any person who is disqualified from voting
to vote.
