CHARITABLE FUNDRAISING ACT 1991 - SECT 19
Conditions of authority
(1) The Minister may attach to an authority any condition that, having regard
to the objects and purposes of this Act and the public interest, the Minister
thinks ought to be imposed in the particular case.
(2) The conditions for the
time being attached to an authority may be varied by the Minister by notice in
writing served on the holder of the authority.
(3) For the purposes of this
Act: (a) the imposition of a condition on an authority to which no conditions
were previously attached, or
(b) the imposition of any new condition on an
authority, or
(c) the amendment of a condition of an authority, or
(d) the
removal of a condition of an authority,
is a variation of its conditions.
