CENTRAL COAST WATER CORPORATION ACT 2006 - SECT 35
Amendment of operating licence
(1) The Minister may amend or substitute the Corporation’s operating licence
or impose, amend or revoke conditions of the operating licence.
(2) The
Minister is to consult with the Corporation before taking action under
subsection (1).
