2 Definitions

In this Act, unless the context or subject-matter otherwise indicates or requires:
"Council" means Council of the City of Newcastle.
"the Cathedral lands" means the lands described in the Third Schedule to this Act.
"the Corporate Trustees" means the Trustees of Church Property for the Diocese of Newcastle.
