CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 53
Conditions of licence
53 Conditions of licence
(1) A licence is subject to any conditions imposed by the Authority and
notified in writing to the licensee by the Authority on the grant of the
licence or during its currency.
(2) A condition of a licence may be varied,
substituted or revoked by the Authority by notice in writing to the licensee,
whether or not on application made to the Authority by the licensee.
