CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 38
Requirement may be extended to associates of casino operator
38 Requirement may be extended to associates of casino operator
(1) The Authority may, by notice in writing to a person who the Authority
considers has some association or connection with a casino operator that is
relevant to the operation or management of the casino, direct that section 37
is to apply to the person.
(2) Such a direction operates to apply section 37
to the person in the same way as it applies to the casino operator.
(3) If a
person contravenes section 37 as so applying to the person, the person is
guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
