CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 22
Conditions of casino licence
(1) The conditions of a casino licence (whether as originally imposed or as
amended) may relate to any matter for which provision is made by this Act but
must not be inconsistent with a provision of this Act.
(2) The conditions of
a casino licence may be amended by being substituted, varied, revoked or added
to.
(3) An amendment may be proposed: (a) by the licensee by requesting the
Authority in writing to make the amendment, or
(b) by the Authority by giving
notice in writing of the proposed amendment to the licensee and giving the
licensee at least 14 days to make submissions to the Authority concerning the
proposed amendment.
(4) The Authority is to consider any submissions made by
the licensee and is then to decide whether to make the proposed amendment,
either with or without changes from that originally proposed.
(5) The
Authority is to notify the licensee of its decision and any amendment that the
Authority decides upon takes effect when notice of the decision is given to
the licensee or on such later date as may be specified in the notice.
