CASINO CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 132
Part may be extended to associates of casino operator
132 Part may be extended to associates of casino operator
(1) The Authority may, by notice in writing to a person whom the Authority
considers has some association or connection with a casino operator that is
relevant to the operation or management of the casino, direct that this Part
is to apply to the person.
(2) Such a direction operates to apply this Part
to the person in the same way as it applies to a casino operator.
