CHILDREN (DETENTION CENTRES) ACT 1987 - SECT 13
Transfers between detention centres
(1) The Director-General may, by order in writing, direct the transfer of a
person on remand or a person subject to control from one detention centre to
another.
(2) Sections 11 and 12 apply to an order under this section in the
same way as they apply to a detention order.
