New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsNotwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Minister shall have power, on the recommendation of the Director-General of Public Health, to cause any vault in the land described in the Second Schedule to this Act to be filled in for the purpose of preventing such vault from giving off drainage which in the opinion of the Director-General of Public Health is detrimental to public health.
