The Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 is amended as set
out in Schedule 1.

Insert after section 150 (3):
     (3A) In the case of a child or young person who has been placed in
     the care of a relative, reviews are to be conducted at intervals
     prescribed by or in accordance with the regulations.
