CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS (CARE AND PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 249
Delegation by Minister
249 Delegation by Minister
(1) The Minister may delegate to the
Director-General or any other person any of the Minister’s functions, other
than this power of delegation.
(2) A delegate may sub-delegate to any person
any function delegated by the Minister if the delegate is authorised in
writing to do so by the Minister.
