Procedure for dealing with applications
7 Procedure for dealing with applications
(1) A Local Court may deal with an application for annulment in the presence
or absence of the parties and in open court or in private.
(2) A Local Court
dealing with an application for annulment may stay the execution of the
sentence concerned subject to such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
(3)
The rules of court made under the Local Courts Act 1982 may make provision for
or with respect to procedure and evidence for the purposes of the hearing of
applications for annulment.
