112 Other appeal or review rights not affected
(1) Nothing in this Part affects a right of appeal in respect of a person's
acquittal on the ground of mental illness where mental illness was not set up
as a defence by the person, as provided by section 5 (2) or 5AA (2) of the
Criminal Appeal Act 1912 .
(2) Nothing in this Part affects a right of
appeal or review under this or any other Act or law in respect of a person's
acquittal.
