Obstruction etc of person executing warrant
42 Obstruction etc of person executing warrant
A person who, without reasonable excuse, obstructs or hinders a person
executing a search warrant issued under this Division is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.
