New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf the Public Trustee takes control of an interest in property in accordance with a restraining order, or if an interest in property is vested in the Public Trustee on an assets forfeiture order taking effect, the Public Trustee is entitled to deduct from the proceeds of disposition of the interest such fees, in respect of the exercise of functions in relation to the property, as may be prescribed. If the interest is not disposed of, the Public Trustee is entitled to be paid those fees from the Proceeds Account.
