Police officer may request person to state name, age and address
27 Police officer may request person to state name, age and address
For the purposes of enabling a police officer to escort a person removed from
a public place under this Division to a place referred to in section 22, the
police officer may request the person to state:
(a) his or her name and age,
and
(b) his or her parent’s residential address or, if he or she has a
carer, the address of his or her care residence.
