Date of commencement, cl 2 of Sch 2 excepted, 22.12.1997, sec 2 and GG No 149 of 19.12.1997, p 10091; cl 2 of Sch 2 was not commenced and was repealed by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2002. This Act has been amended as follows:
