New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf a ward or protected person has, without lawful excuse, left, or been removed from, proper custody and the Minister is of the opinion that the ward or protected person should be returned to that custody, or be placed in the custody of some other person, the Minister may, by order in writing, direct that the ward or protected person be returned to proper custody, or be placed in the custody of that other person, as the Minister may specify in the order.
