23 Questions may be referred to Industrial Relations Commission in Court
Session
(1) The Corporate Trustee may refer any question arising under this Act or the
AUSCOAL Trust Deed to the Industrial Relations Commission in Court Session for
determination.
(3) All persons interested and appearing before the Industrial
Relations Commission in Court Session at the hearing of a reference under this
section are entitled to be heard.
