COAL AND OIL SHALE MINE WORKERS (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1941 - SECT 19CA
Corporate Trustee may invest Subsidy Fund
(1) The Corporate Trustee may invest the money held in the Subsidy Fund in any
manner authorised for the investment of trust funds.
(2) The
Corporate Trustee may also invest that money in any manner in which it is
authorised by the AUSCOAL Trust Deed to invest money held in the
Amalgamated Fund.
