Civil Aviation (Carriers’ Liability) Act 1967 No 64. Assented to 7.12.1967. Date of commencement, 22.12.1967, sec 1 (2) and GG No 142 of 22.12.1967, p 4908. This Act has been amended as follows:

1971 No 8 Civil Aviation (Carriers’ Liability) Amendment Act 1971. Assented to 14.5.1971.
Date of commencement, 25.9.1971, sec 1 (2) and GG No 71 of 2.7.1971, p 2292.
1987 No 48 Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 1) 1987. Assented to 28.5.1987.
Date of commencement of Sch 32, except as provided by sec 2 (13), 1.9.1987, sec 2 (12) and GG No 136 of 28.8.1987, p 4809.
1996 No 70 Civil Aviation (Carriers’ Liability) Amendment Act 1996. Assented to 27.9.1996.

This Act has also been amended pursuant to an order under secs 8 (2) and 9 (3) of the Reprints Act 1972 No 48 (formerly Acts Reprinting Act 1972). Order dated 17.9.1979, and published in Gazette No 130 of 21.9.1979, p 4728, declaring that:
(a) the Civil Aviation (Carriers’ Liability) Act 1967 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and
(b) the Civil Aviation (Carriers’ Liability) Act 1967, the words “of this Act” where firstly occurring in sec 5 excepted, is an enactment to which sec 9 (3) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies.
