Note : See section 59 for the power of the Tribunal to give effect to a settlement reached by the parties following the use of a resolution process. (2) A "resolution process" is any process (including, for example, alternative dispute resolution) in which parties to proceedings are assisted to resolve or narrow the issues between them in the proceedings.
